Returns:
At Merritt Communications, we want to make sure that you are
100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you receive a
defective unit, or wish to return your purchase, you may do so within
the first thirty (30) days from the date of your sale, or invoice.
There are a few conditions regarding returns, and these are outlined
below.
Merritt Communications will accept your return within the first 30 days
from the date of your sale or invoice. Returns apply to domestic, US
shipments only. No refunds or exchanges will be offered beyond thirty
(30) days.
In order to return a product, and receive an RMA we would ask that you contact us at:

When contacting us, please provide us with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Your Company name
3. Your Address, phone number, fax number and email address
4. What item(s) you want to return, and what reason for the return (defective, wrong model etc.)
Once we receive your information, we will establish an RMA for you for
the return of the item(s). This RMA will be valid for a thirty (30)
day period. Once you receive your RMA, you will need to make sure that
the return conforms to the following requirements:
1. The original product box is not written on, damaged or defaced.
2. The product is in new condition
3. All original packaging, such as manuals, warranty cards, parts, pieces etc. are included
We recommend that you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides
tracking numbers. Additionally, you may want to insure the package as
well.
If we receive incomplete merchandise, or boxes that have been written
on, the return will be sent back and the RMA will be cancelled. Please
note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and allow us a 15-20 day
period to inspect the return, and issue your refund.
Warranty Information:
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. These
warranties vary not only in their length, but, to a certain extent,
what's covered under the umberella of a warranty. So if you have
specific questions on a particular products warranty, or would like to
